eBloc Tower is a modern 12-level office building located along Delmar Avenue in Phase-1 of Asiatown IT Park.  The project sits on a 4,432-sqm lot near Globe Telecom Tower, Skyrise Building, and CJRS.  The project is envisioned to become a premiere location for BPO, IT, and ITES business locators.

eBloc is designed to have a substantial retail provision with landscaped storefront at the ground floor to cater to the needs of the BPO worker 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.  An open air podium, which accommodates 323 appurtenant parking slots, reaches four parking levels and amply provides for both retail and office needs.

The building is also a proud manifestation of environmental sustainable design practices through its water-saving dual piping system and rainwater collection tank to save on water consumption. It also employs waterless urinals and other water-saving toilet fixtures.

The building facade is intended to portray a modern minimalist type of architecture through controlled lines, rectilinear composition, and sleek aluminum cladding.  The color of blue pervades all throughout and gives a feeling of cool relaxation. A dominant vertical shaft on the left side provides an artistic accent and portrays the upward and aspirational nature of the ITES and BPO industry.

There are seven (7) office floors at roughly 3,229 sqm area each floor, and an approximately 25,949 sqm of total Gross Floor Area.  Gross leaseable area reaches 20,945 sqm at 2,803 sqm per floor and the overall building efficiency is roughly 81%.
