The latest project from Primary Properties, i3 Building, formally opened its door with cocktails and entertainment at Asiatown IT Park.
Hosted by no less than Bunny Pages, it was attended by guests of honor Governor Gwendolyn Garcia, Acting Mayor Mike Rama, PEZA Director General Lilia Delima, Cebu Holdings President Francis MOnera, and Arts Council VP Dr. Vivian Chiu.
To add artistic flair to the occasion, iLink, an art exhibit featuring Cebu’s top artists, was also inaugurated. The lobby and the courtyard were enhanced by the paintings and sculptures of the likes of Celso Pepito, Dennis Montera, Sonia Yrastorza, Kimsoy Yap, Ritchie Quitera, Architect Arsing Abella and many more. All of the artwork was for sale and 100 percent of the proceeds went to the local artists. The exhibit runs for three months and can still be viewed at the lobby area.
Designed by prestigious architectural firm Recio + Casas, i3 features a signature two degree tilt that can be seen from the main thoroughfare. The building, with its unique design and state-of-the-art features, acknowledges Jose Mari del Mar Avenue with its engaging façade.
I3 will be home to more innovative locators and promises to add more excitement to the iTwins, the pioneering project of Primary Properties that changed Cebu’s IT lifestyle.
