The building boasts of an unusual and very distinctive architectural feature: its leaning facade. This beautiful spectacle of design is the work of highly esteemed architectural firm Recio + Casas.

Famed architect Bong Recio explains his vision: "With the success of i2, Primary Properties embarked on i3, and the challenge was to come up with an even more striking building, yet maintain a likeness to i2. After several trials, we simply decided to take one of i2"s "wings" and turn it vertically."

The "wing" concept is perfect for the dynamic, innovative image of i3. Never the one to stay on the boring side of business, Primary Properties constantly seeks new ways to thrill and connect with people.

The design is only the beginning. Inside, the building is packed with inimitable features that currently make it the best location ever for an IT business in Cebu. The bulding far exceeds the requirements for power supply with 150 percent backup power. i3 is one of the few buildings in Cebu to use the Busway power distribution system.

Office spaces at i3 offer the highest flexibility for occupants, with the ability to accommodate a wide range of area requirements from 200 to 1,000 square meters.
